The Board of Directors, the highest decision-making body of the company is responsible for the formulation of strategies for the attainment and achievement of the broad goals and objectives of the company. In this regard, the Board is also enjoined to setup structures and systems to effectively deliver the strategies formulated. The Board of Directors of Oiltrade Company Limited are esteemed entrepreneurs who have distinguished and proven track-record in their chosen field. Below is a list of the Board of Directors of the Company:
Mr. Ponku Kofi Eshun
Director
Mr. Ponku Kofi Eshun, a guru in the oil industry. He has been in the industry for more than twenty (20) years. His rich experience coupled with the desire to positively affect the lives of the people of this generation and to contribute to the total growth of the economy of the nation, led to the creation (the establishment) of companies. He learnt a lot from his father during his youthful years. He equipped himself with the foundational operational facts of the industry and soon rose to
become a Dealer. Subsequently, he established his first company, Dukes Petroleum Company Limited and owns 99% of the shares. He is a visionary leader who is focused on achieving the best for the company and makes judicious use of the company’s resources. He is a very bold and courageous and astute businessman who listens to advice and also encourages his team to aspire to achieve the best. Mr. Eshun studied for Royal Society of Arts (RSA) certificate in the field of business and has high intellectual abilities. He is the brain behind the company’s rapid expansion. He currently owns 100% shares in Oiltrade Company Limited.
Mr. Reindolf Arnold Eshun
Director
He holds Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA).He has over 4years working experience in the Oil and Gas industry. He has attended local and international seminars on the downstream sector of the Petroleum industry. He has participated in both local and international conferences on Oil and Gas industry .He is currently the Managing Director of Dukes Petroleum Company Limited.

Bernard A. Havor
Managing Director
Bernard A Havor holds Masters in Business Administration from the University of Ghana Business School, 2008 and Bachelor of Arts Degree in Geography and Resource Development from the University of Ghana, 2000. He has completed LLB Law degree from Mountcrest University College, Ghana in 2019. He again, just completed his Masters of Arts in Conflict, Peace and Security, MA (C.P.S) at the Kofi Annan International Peacekeeping Training Centre, this year 2020 He has over 17years experienced in the Petroleum downstream sector of the Oil & Gas Industry.
He worked as the Head of Customer Service of Fraga Oil Limited for almost three years. He then moved on to Dukes Petroleum and served as the General Manager from 2014 to 2018 and made a tremendous impact right from the company’s formative years and assisted to project the company to the limelight and contributed immensely to its expansionary drive. He rose to become a Board Member of the Association of Oil Marketing Companies in 2012. He was re-elected in 2014 to serve a second term as a Board Member.
Bernard Havor is versatile and hardworking person, creative, a team player as well as a problem solver. He has attended many local and international conferences in both home and abroad all aimed at broadening his understanding of the Petroleum downstream sector.
Eric Turkson
Operations Director
He is the Operations Director with rich experience in the Oil and Gas industry. His dynamic leadership qualities coupled with his strategic expansionary drive has contributed greatly towards the outlets expansion in Oil Marketing Companies where he worked. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Pune-India, with Business Administration and Cost and Works Accounting options. He previously worked with Marriots International Hotel and Harsco House all in the United Kingdom .He has since 2003 been working in the Oil Industry. He worked with AGAPET Petroleum for three years before joining Dukes Petroleum as the Marketing Manager in 2004 till January 2019.He is full of energy, has critical thinking skills has a passion to succeed as well as a team player.
Daniel Lopez-Sogbey
Accountant/Administration/HR
An accountant with Eight years’ work experience in the Oil and Gas sector, he holds Masters in Business Administration from the University of Cape coast Finance option, 2022, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University Of Cape Coast, He also has part 2 of a professional course in Institute of Chartered Accountant (I.C.A). He worked as an Accountant in Kanda
International School between 2006-2015. He is very detailed oriented person with broad understanding of financial matters.
Eric Mgeel-Kafui
Marketing Manager
He has a Masters degree in Civil and Commercial Law (LLM) from the Xiamen University, China, 2019. He also hold a first degree in Bachelor of Business Administration from the University Of Cape Coast. He has 9 years’ work experience at Dukes Petroleum Company as an Audit Officer. He is a customer oriented person with good human relations skills. He is creative, very good and possess multiple skills.
